A place known for its scenic beauty and cultural landscapes, Wayanad, which is also known as the ‘green paradise’, lies in between the mountains of the Western Ghats. This lush region, rich in both its culture and natural beauty, is going to be the host to a grand event! The World Quizzing Championship is coming to the evergreen peaks of Wayanad!
The event will be proctored by Hridya S Biju, a quizzer cum orator who is a founding member of Qwon, a group of quiz enthusiasts of the Wayanad district. She was a finalist in several state-level quizzes, including Aksharamuttam, Malavardi Quiz, Kerala State Vayanolsavam and State Social Science Fair, as well as in essay writing events at the State Kalolsavam and State science fair. She is known for conducting and organizing multiple quizzes. She was also a faculty member in the lecture series “Chinthavishtayaya Seetha – 100 years” of the Kerala State library council.
The WQC Wayanad edition is organized in collaboration with the Wayanad district library council at the District Library Hall in Kalpetta on the 4th of June.
